Lion Holiday Park is an ideal location to enjoy the many
and varied attractions of both Arbroath and Angus.
Arbroath
is a picturesque east coast fishing town (home to the famous "Arbroath Smokie"). There is a wide range of facilities,
entertainment and nightlife including; A bowling
alley, sports centre, variety shows ('Webster's Theatre'), a boating
pond, ice skating, golf and fishing. On the waterfront, just
across the road from the park, you'll discover the world-famous
miniature railway, with a
special 'road train' providing trips into the harbour area of town.
Our
leisure complex, was built to 5 star hotel standards. Enjoy live
music in the Lion's Head Bar every night and at weekends during the
peak season or take advantage of the excellent cuisine in the
restaurant. There's even a takeaway section!
In 2007 the Seafront Leisure Centre was opened. This comprises of a
swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, fitness centre, games
room, soft play area, bar & function room. This is finished to the
highest standard and access to the pool is free for hire van
customers.

A mini racing track features Formula One cars, saloon cars and
motorbikes. 'Sporting World', all-weather tennis courts,
mini golf, putting, a tenpin bowling alley, trampolines and playground
equipment are recent additions to the facilities here and children
even have their own disco area!. Of course, there's also the
traditional fun of the beach. In short - guaranteed fun for all
the family!
All
the comforts of home are available on site. A launderette, cable
television, a new facilities block plus a well stocked and spacious shop are available to cater for your every
need.

Holiday Park you
can take a break whenever you like, between March and October.
Family and even friends, if
you wish, can take advantage of it
whenever you are not using it yourself. Pop in for a weekend
break, a fortnight away from it all or even stay away the whole
season. With a holiday home the choice is yours.

We have a range of the latest Holiday Homes available for hire.
The Holiday Homes are all the latest 35' x 12' wide models and are
available in gold and platinum models. All are fully equipped including
linen and feature cable television. Contact us for a price list and
availability or look at our hire caravans
page. Long weekend hires are available early and late in the
season.
We have touring caravan
stances with hook-up connections for electricity, television and
waste water. We have a superb toilet and washroom block which is
fully tiled. The block is centrally heated and has individual
washroom cubicles and showers. Our Holiday Park
and buildings offer full facilities for
disabled people.
We spare no effort in offering first class facilities at Red Lion
and in maintaining these facilities to a very high standard.
